Registration & Payment
Registration is $175 per player and covers your full 6-week session for your chosen day and time, including participation in all weekly prizes and the season's grand prize. Payment is due at the time of registration. All sales are final.

One Group Per Registration
Each registration is for one group only — either the Tuesday or Thursday session. Players may not switch groups once the season begins. If you'd like to play more Mahjong, you're welcome to register separately for both the Tuesday and Thursday groups.

Attendance Commitment
Registration is a commitment to attend all six sessions on your chosen day and time for the full duration of the season.

Eligibility
All players must have completed at least one Mahjong lesson and played three or more unguided games prior to the start of the first session. This requirement applies to all skill levels, beginner through advanced.

Space & Registration
Space in each group is limited and registration is first-come, first-served.

Substitute Player Policy
If you have an emergency and cannot attend your session, it is your responsibility to arrange a substitute from The Mahj Mujer's substitute list.

By joining the substitute list, participants agree that The Mahj Mujer may share their contact information with members for the purpose of arranging substitute play. Once a substitute has agreed to fill a spot, a $25 substitute fee is required to confirm the seat, payable at mahjmujer.com. All sales are final.

If a last-minute emergency arises and a substitute is unable to attend a confirmed session, she must notify Stephanie at least 2 hours before session start by calling or texting 949-874-5633. Substitutes who fail to notify Stephanie and do not show up for a confirmed session may be barred from future substitute opportunities.

Substitutes are eligible to win the weekly prize if they post the highest score for that session, but are not eligible for the season's grand prize, which is reserved for registered Founding Series players.
